PSA: Today is your last chance to buy a Kritika Online founder’s pack

Pay more, wear less?
Been on the fence about buying in to Kritika Online? It’s time to make a decision now, because the game’s founder’s packs are going away very soon. Tomorrow, even. So you have today (and no longer) to buy in the founder’s pack and get things like exclusive costumes and pets.

Of course, it’s also worth noting that the costumes in question that serve as headliners are only available in the most expensive founder’s pack, which clocks in at $99.99. The cheaper versions offer no costumes but a variety of other benefits. You can decide for yourself if it’s worth the price up front or not; you’ll just have to make that decision soon before the last pack is sold and they’re gone forever. So no pressure. (You can take a look at our stream of the game to catch a glimpse of what it looks like in play, too.)

If you like the game and are going to ever charge money to it, you may as well buy one of these packs while they still exist (as short a time as that is right now). You’re basically getting what it would cost to buy the IAP currency for what you’re paying, so the pets, costumes, elite status and other things are just a bonus that comes along with it.

Ahh founder packs….i got cured after Archeage.

Same with preorders altough i do admit supporting Ashes of Creation and if that one fails then i seriously lost hope for this genre as i do not see one studio bar Blizzard creating a super dope mmo that can last for years instead of a few weeks / months.

Energy system, shallow game play, heavy p2w elements; rather avoid this one.

For a beat em up, the game play isn’t bad at all. For the combo classes it actually takes a lot of skill to work them. It’s a very very twitchy game, but it’s also some straight out beat em up fun. There isn’t an energy system in the US version either. They changed it to a Rest Bonus system which is pretty hard to even play enough to drop down a single tier in rest experience bonus (if you grind for 4 hours a day you won’t even drop down to normal experience levels, you’ll still be getting the highest bonus). The energy system was kicked out of the US version long ago, you never are barred from playing or earning experience because of running out of energy.

Pay to win? Hahahaha. Funny stuff. I’m guessing you haven’t actually played it, or played real pay to win games. The costume bonuses are very small, everybody can find the best equipment, the pay pets are just as useless as the free ones. Pay to win games are the games where power = money spent. People spend thousands to get a little bonus above other people and are beat by those that spend thousands more than they do. There is no pay to win here nor are there lockboxes full of the best stuff in game.

But hey, don’t let the truth stop you from spreading your BS :P

This is the least attractive game that I’ve seen in years. One video was enough to know that you’d need to pay me to play this.

That may not have been the intention, but yeah… can’t really deny that it is :p
