Happy holidays, everyone! Here is your gift. It is a carefully made box full of glass eyes. I am giving you a box filled with fake eyes. They are not real, but they are made to look real, and I expect you to enjoy this gift. I want you to tell me how happy you are to receive it. I want you to display this prominently in your home.

If you are single, this should be one of the things that prospective dates see when they enter your home. If you are married, this is something that you have to place out prominently whether your spouse likes it or not. It was exceedingly expensive! And you cannot return or exchange it, it was all hand-crafted.

So happy holidays! Have a box full of eyes. Let us know what you’re up to in the comments of What Are You Playing, and enjoy the totally helpful gift that’s sure to start all sorts of conversations.

Andrew Ross (@dengarsw): As a water trainer, I’m excited about the new Pokemon Go event, so clearly that’s happening when I’m not dealing with holiday stuff. Final Fantasy XIV needs some attention still, as does Overwatch.

Brianna Royce (@nbrianna, blog): Jack-all. I picked up some goodies in the Steam sale, but I’ll be confined to mobile games for the holiday and won’t get to touch the new stuff until after. Enjoy it, those of you who get to spend this time gaming!

Eliot Lefebvre (@Eliot_Lefebvre, blog):I finished the story on Nier: Automata, so it’s just unlocking the post-game stuff and enjoying story analysis and such. I’ll doubtlessly get some time in on World of Warcraft and Final Fantasy XIV, but that’ll have to be between holiday celebrations. Happy Festivus!

Justin Olivetti (@Sypster, blog): I might be winding down game time this weekend to be with family, but I am sprinting toward the top of Orochi Tower in Secret World Legends before the end of 2017. I’m doing that thing where I’m reading through a lot of end-of-year lists to see what I might have missed this year and tack on a few more games to my to-play list. I did pick up Elite: Dangerous, Wild Busters, and Broke Protocol lately, but they’re all getting put on the backburner for now.

Your turn!
