Ah, Dynamis. Once, it was the graveyard of level 75 players, where well-coordinated groups would go in and get murdered repeatedly by statues whilst blaming one another. Now, it’s not so scary any more. So it’s a good thing that Final Fantasy XI is updating the familiar haunts of Dynamis-Windurst as the next destination in Dynamis-Divergence. Get the items needed to reforge your relic hat, with narrow passages, new mechanics, and we can assume a whole lot of death stalking the streets once again.
If you’re all right with not heading back to Windurst’s even eviler twin, you can also take part in the newest Ambuscade content against a group of snolls (e.g., bombs but with ice elemental attacks). There are also new titles to earn and new items to be found, so you’ll have plenty of stuff to do no matter what death-lined region you choose to traverse.
