With all the talk of Defiance 2050, let’s not forget that Defiance is still live. More than that, it’s encouraging players to come take part in the Event Horizon… er, event, which will pit players against Syphon enemies. More than that, it’ll give 100% increases in experience, reputation, and score, which means that you’ll get more progress in less time than you would otherwise.
But what’s that, it’s not going to matter with the relaunch? Sure it will; you’ll just want more Valor rewards, and those are also present in the event with lots of extra achievements to unlock. So jump in and start shooting to make some longer-term gains; the event runs until May 7th.
