If you play a Mordesh or a Mechari in WildStar, you are probably used to having to live in someone else’s style of house. But the players are stepping up to give the space zombies and robot friends their own styles of house with a new housing contest. The challenge? Design a racial house for the Mordesh and Mechari for Protobucks and Platinum, based upon an old extant promise that if the players design them, Carbine will bring them into the game.
The rules are quite clearly laid out on the forum post, with the first contest being for a Mordesh Mechari house (the player spearheading all this, Meyoline, corrected us – this first round is for the Mechari house, but the next round will be for the Mordesh, so stay tuned for that!). Players should design the exterior and interior of the spacious house, which should roughly match the shape and design of existing player homes; you can feel free to start from the basis of existing house layouts or build entirely free-standing structures.
