I probably need to hide my husband’s joystick if I want to see him this week. That’s entirely because chapter three of Elite Dangerous’ Beyond season is officially live today.
It is a fairly small update for the game, note, as the really big stuff isn’t coming until chapter four later this year, but you can nevertheless expect new missiles, the Alliance Crusader, new Guardian sites and fighters, new wing missions, Engineers functionality for Colonia, and a bunch of bug fixes.
As our tipster Cotic pointed out, there appear to be some unannounced goodies in the update too, including… Thargoid interceptors? Check it all out and have fun on patch day!
