Earn a pony, a horse, and a house in The Elder Scrolls Online’s Summerfall event

The folks at ZeniMax are giving Elder Scrolls Online players the opportunity to earn themselves a glowing pony, a glowing horse, and an absolutely fabulous palatial estate in the upcoming Summerfall event. The event, which begins Thursday, September 20th and runs until Friday, September 28th, tasks players with completing the Summerset Pathfinder achievement “by visiting all 10 of ESO: Summerset’s ‘Striking Locales’ located on both the home of the High Elves and the mystical island headquarters of the Psijic Order.”

As more and more players complete the achievement, a meter on the official event site will gradually fill. When enough players have earned the achievement to fill the meter to 33%, all players (who own Summerset and have logged in at least once since the expansion’s launch) will receive the Psijic Mascot Pony pet. At 66%, they’ll earn the Psijic Escort Charger mount, and should they fill the meter all the way to 100%, they’ll earn the beautiful Grand Psijic Villa house. In addition to containing all the event details, the official post on the game’s site also includes a helpful map to guide players to the required points of interest. So strap up your boots, ESO players, and get walkin’.

A Bellow From Below

Not to look gift house into its mouth, but they couldn’t hope to sell this particular abode anyway – it’s beautiful, but rather poorly designed. It’s as if St. Peter’s Basilica and Area 51 hangar had an illegitimate child: huge, exceedingly dark, with ceilings so tall you can’t reach them with editing tool. You will blow your entire ESO+ decoration limit on it and it will still look empty.

Yes, there are two small side wings that provide more conventional housing, but you have to go through two loading doors just to get there. I’d probably ignore the house altogether and decorate the courtyard (which alone is bigger than most houses). ;)

Considering how over priced houses are in ESO for them to give a house like this away for free simply for visiting 10 spots on a map.. people would be bonkers not to jump on this.

The pet and mount look really nice too.
