World of Warcraft pulled out all the stops this week, announcing stuff you might have thought would be saved for BlizzCon, including the Tides of Vengeance patch, complete with raids, new story content, and quality-of-life fixes. Of course, it also slipped in a massive bribe for those who agree to stay subbed, so there was that too.
