BlizzCon 2018: Blizzard posts Viewing Party Kit for those stuck at home, and we are so hungry now

Here we go again.

If you thought the price hike for the BlizzCon virtual ticket was too high at $50 this year, especially with less swag than usual, then maybe you’re just not thinking about it the right way. Maybe instead of thinking of it as a $50 fee for some in-game junk and a pass for two WoW Classic zones you played 14 years ago, think of it as a chance to PARTY. And maybe split the cost of that ticket a few ways.

Blizzard is serious. It posted up its BlizzCon 2018 Virtual Ticket Viewing Party Kit last night.

“The free, downloadable BlizzCon Virtual Ticket Viewing Party Kit contains an array of accessories to turn your turf into a miniature Anaheim Convention Center so you can celebrate BlizzCon 2018 in style. All you’ll need to purchase is a Virtual Ticket. (And the raw ingredients for the snacks—you’ll need to get those yourself, too.) The Viewing Party Kit will help you craft a celebration of epic proportions as you serve up legendary snacks engineered by our very own culinary wizards; host an epic array of activities with Blizzard trivia questions and BlizzCon Bingo cards; and much more. If you can’t make it to the party, the Virtual Ticket will help bring the party to you!”

Orrrrrr you could come to our liveblog, but we won’t have any Naxxramas Nachos, so we understand if you bail to go make that. That Cheddar-Beer Dip looks amazing too.
