Blade & Soul’s ‘Blade & Ghoul’ Halloween event takes players into Zaiwei Ruins October 17

That's not very cash money of you.
Yeah, I feel like this Halloween event name doesn’t quite work with the rhyme, but it does look cute on paper. “The veil to the Dark Realm is wavering over the Zaiwei Ruins, and its ghastly inhabitants have begun to seep into our realm,” NCsoft says in its promo for Blade & Soul’s big October shindig. “As Halloween looms ever closer, the time to defeat eerie enemies and earn delightful rewards has arrived!”

From October 17th through November 7th, level 50-plus toons will be zipping through the Zaiwei Ruins, which has been buffed with the power of darkness and infused with really sweet themed costumery. Of course, you’re getting a buff too, in the form of a 50% experience boost.

Not level 50? That’s OK; there are daily quests and challenges and bosses to take on too, all with the goal of collecting event tokens to exchange for sweet loot, both themed and not.
