At a recent media conference, Netmarble announced that Blade & Soul: Revolution, the upcoming mobile adaptation of NCSoft’s free-to-play martial arts MMO, will officially be releasing in Korea on December 6th. Following in the footsteps NCSoft’s other mobile adaptation, Lineage 2: Revolution, Blade & Soul: Revolution aims to stay as true to the original PC game as possible. According to a report from MMO Culture, the mobile version of the game will include gliding and sprinting, which will allow players to navigate the game’s “5 massive zones.”

Blade & Soul: Revolution will allow players to choose from four playable races (Jin, Gon, Yun, and Lyn) as well as four classes (Blader Master, Kung Fu Master, Destroyer, and a fourth, enigmatic class, tentatively named Machinist), and in addition to its PvE content, which includes “over 150 high-quality cinematic cut scenes” to immerse players in the story, the game also boasts massive “500 vs 500 real-time clan [battles]” among its features. Right now, there’s no telling if or when the game will make its way stateside, but Blade & Soul fans might want to keep an eye out for more details in the future.
