I think a lot of us unfamiliar with the IP might be giving Funcom’s upcoming Mutant Year Zero a wary look and a wide berth. But the studio is attempting to break down those barriers to understanding with a dev diary that delivers an overview of the game proper.

Mutant Year Zero: Road to Eden is a game that combines exploration, stealth, tactical combat, and finding answers,” Funcom said. “The game is based on a Swedish pen-and-paper role-playing game from 2014, set in a post-apocalyptic world where humanity has almost gone instinct and mutants have risen up to take their place.”
