Overwatch’s Winter Wonderland will return on December 11

Walkin' in a seasonal event.

The true meaning of Christmas is something you can use for any number of jokes, but the true meaning of winter is hunting yetis with superheroes who also have guns. Overwatch recognizes this, and so it’s bring back the Winter Wonderland event on December 11th, which presumably means the Yeti Hunt will be back from last year as well.

Of course, we don’t yet know what the winter-themed skins or maps will be just yet, but you can bet that both will show up because… well, it’s Overwatch. This is the way the game operates. For now, tide yourself over with a five-second tease just below, which does show off the Blizzard World map; that may be what scholars refer to as “a hint.”
