Ashes of Creation’s Intrepid Studios has been grabbing up Daybreak devs left and right, and now it’s hired a new one: Sarah “Lt. Toast” Flanagan. Flanagan was a community manager on not just H1Z1 but PlanetSide Arena, which hasn’t even launched.
According to her post on Reddit, Flanagan will be handling more of the ground operations of the wild and woolly Ashes community (compared to the duties of the community marketing lead introduced earlier this month). In other words, you can complain directly to her about the broken forums. Yay!
Ashes has a long roster of former SOE/Daybreak vets thanks to apparently strong hiring over the last couple of years, most recently Just Survive’s technical director.
Today was my last day at @DaybreakGames on @H1Z1 and @PlanetSideArena after 3 amazing, whirlwind years. I couldn't have asked for a better team to share these experiences with, and I'm so excited to see what they do next!
