While World of Warcraft officially turned 14 years old last November, astute historians might remember that it wasn’t for several months after that until the MMO launched in Europe. In fact, it was February 11th, 2005, that European gamers got their hands on Blizzard’s creation, which makes yesterday a special anniversary of sorts.
Meanwhile, modern WoW players are looking forward to Patch 8.1.5, which is currently on the public test realm. Some of the big changes datamined lately include a new Alliance wolf mount, a reduction of the price of heirloom upgrade tokens, Draenor faction commendations, and the addition of Warlords of Draenor timewalking mounts.
