Hang on, what were we doing here again?

Are you still struggling to get your Heart of Azeroth leveled to catch up with the World of Warcraft crowd? The good news is that Blizzard has changed some plans in order to give laggers a boost in the rate of artifact knowledge acquisition between now and Patch 8.2.

“The Azerite Knowledge system that periodically reduces the artifact power required to level up the Heart of Azeroth was originally intended to pause after this week,” the studio said. “However, after considering feedback and looking at current Heart levels across the community, we’re extending it for another four weeks. The final increment until the upcoming Rise of Azshara content update will now occur with the weekly reset the week of April 23.”

Patch 8.2 will contain a major update to the Heart of Azeroth system, which is why Blizzard wants as many players as possible to hit level 50 on it beforehand. Players have many issues with this system, which has been widely seen as inferior to the artifact weapon of the Legion era.
