One of the best aspects of MMORPGs is also one of its worst on occasion. And yes, I’m talking about the presence of those other unpredictable, weird human beings. These wouldn’t be MMOs without them, but sometimes those players can ruin an evening’s session with boorish behavior and juvenile antics.
Probably one of my biggest pet peeves when it comes to other players is when I see people putting others down with harsh mockery, insults, and condescension. When this happens, I see miserable people who are intentionally trying to make others miserable around them, and that raises my red level somewhat. That, and people blocking mailboxes and players pretending as if they created the very class that they are now lecturing you on playing.
