Guild Wars 2’s October balance update is live today, along with dismounting skills for the Warclaw

You can look now: Guild Wars 2’s latest balance patch is here today with tweaks for every class and most of the specs too. How happy you are will depend on what you play, of course; Necromancers, tactics-centric Warriors, and Scrapper Engineers should walk away feeling much needed love. Players can also expect tweaks for Tempests, Firebrands, Chronomancers, Revenants, Thieves, and sword-oriented Rangers. The Warclaw mount’s gotten a buff too:

“Warclaw: Added a new skill called Lance. The skill is obtained by training it in the warclaw Rank and Abilities line. The skill allows you to throw a lance at a target. If the target is a mounted player, it will dismount both you and the target if it hits.”
