Hey, kids! How do you like to take your newsletters? Do you like them in neatly organized and well-written text format, or do you prefer 30+ minutes’ worth of video? If you liked the old way that Pantheon: Rise of the Fallen used to do things, then too bad because the October newsletter now starts a bi-weekly all video shift is now coming first in video format. [Update: VR’s David Schlow tells us not to panic! They’re doing a text version too. “A written version of the newsletter will arrive in a few days complete with links to the different segments,” he says.]
In October’s newsletter, players got a look at the passive traits of all nine of the game’s races. With the exception of the elves, each race has four innate traits that offer unique bonuses like reduced chance to be hit or greater resistance to fear, as well as one advantage against a specific NPC Disposition type. The segments that introduced these racials were also uploaded to YouTube individually. The newsletter also provided a look at the Spriggans and their creation, as well as took a moment to answer several player questions.
In other Pantheon news, Bazgrim has provided a 60-second “Baz Flash” news brief that reports lead programmer and CTO Daniel Krenn has left Visionary Realms, with programmer Kyle Olson stepping up to take Krenn’s position as lead programmer. [Thanks for the clarifications on this, Baz!]
You can get each individual piece of the newsletter by clicking the links above or take in the entire video in the embed below.
The Baz Flash covers the hottest @PantheonMMO news in only 60 seconds so you can stay up-to-date with what you need to know about the game, and still get on with your day. This episode covers recent announcements from Visionary Realms. Share to keep MMO fans informed! #BazFlash pic.twitter.com/fkVAkrG5iD

We’ve tweaked the title and body to clarify that the video format isn’t the only way to get your newsletter on; VR’s David Schlow tells us they’re doing a text version too. “A written version of the newsletter will arrive in a few days complete with links to the different segments,” he says. <3
I am interested to see if there is any gameplay and mechanics progress cause either due to NDA either because they lagged in development it seems they dont have as much to show compared to how long is in development but I follow it and watch it because if they pull it out it may turn out a great game
