Occupy White Walls celebrates a year on Steam with a DLC pack

Has it really been a year since the art curation MMO Occupy White Walls released into early access? Apparently it has, and the devs are celebrating the occasion with a special DLC pack. Because nothing marks an anniversary like selling things, am I right?

The DLC in question includes a 17-song official soundtrack in both MP3 and FLAC formats, a bundle of three masks and two headphones that will “never, ever be available elsewhere,” a special orange avatar background, and a framed record vinyl that can be hung on nearly any wall. It’s not all DLC for the anniversary, however: Every account level 11 and higher will get access to a retrofuturist Vaporware skybox for all the ’80s aesthetic you can handle.

“Each DLC comes with a warm fuzzy feeling knowing you’ve helped the game, devs, and art-loving AI behind it to pay for coffee, cloud servers and to expand what games can be and do in society,” reads the announcement. “We wish to thank you, the awesome Artinauts, curators of the Artiverse and friends of DAISY. The community has been awesome!”
