Path of Exile addresses Atlas of Worlds adjustment concerns raised by players

A few days ago, Grinding Gear Games brought up a number of adjustments that are coming to the Atlas of Worlds in Path of Exile’s Delirium update. That information, apparently, caused a bit of worry among the playerbase and so a sort of development manifesto has been created in order to assuage those fears.

Update 3.10.0 will tweak map drop rates, but will not reel them back to a point where they’re not arriving frequently either. Specifically, improvements to Temple of Atzoatl and map drops in Vaal Side Areas among other tweaks should still see “a flood of maps” arriving to players. The post also confirms that issues with Cartographer’s Seals — specifically the fact that earning them goes against the natural progression of the Atlas — are being discussed internally, and that the Map Mod effect and its negative effects for certain builds will be adjusted in certain cases.

In other Path of Exile news, players can get a peek at Wand skill gem adjustments coming with Delirium, with particular focus paid to the Kinetic Bolt, Spellslinger, and Wandslinger notable. If you’re the sort who attacks enemies with magical sticks, then this post is definitely something to pour over. And for more Delirium League details, make sure to check out MJ’s preview.
