To answer your question, “Second Dream” is still my favourite. Even though I had a major bug in my playthrough, it’s hard to top the emotional impact those reveals had for me!
Favorite story mission: The second to final part of The Sacrifice. Not the final mission, but the one just before. There is a moment that is, to me, worth replaying the entire sequence to see again.
About the kuva – I think a single Kuva Flood mission would be enough to continue the story. Maybe next time the regular backup team can help you get enough to keep going.
*Edit* I meant Kuva Siphon. I don’t run them often, so I keep mixing up the names. Kuva Siphon is the easy ones, Kuva Flood is the level 100 version. But even the Siphon missions reward a few hundred Kuva, which should be more than enough for this.

Up to you! The Siphon missions are just a kind of modified Defense. There’s sort of a trick to them that the game doesn’t communicate very well, so it could go either way whether you want to stream them or not? One hand, learning experience. Other hand, not super exciting. Maybe mention here if you feel like trying before Wednsday? There’s also the anniversary missions this weekend, the twin daggers and a Dex-calibur noggle. Maybe it would be possible to get all three of those done at once?
I was thinking either a Kuva Siphon Capture mission or a Kuva Survival mission? Either should be fairly quick, a Kuva Survival might be easier since it doesn’t introduce any new mechanics and doesn’t have a failure chance, but also has less flavour and excitement and lore involved!
Am also happy to help out with that and the anniversary missions anytime – the current anniversary missions are live till 2pm EDT on Monday 23rd.
Oh, a quick note: If you do get Kuva before the next stream, don’t claim Excalibur Umbra. The crafting for him is unusual, there’s basically no build time. And finishing the construction in the forge triggers a cutscene, with no way to rewind it except to finish and restart the mission.
