It’s hard to pick just one favourite quest from the vast number available, but of the ones I’ve played in the past few weeks the standouts are:
– “Kind of a Big Deal” for the way it plays with enemy size, player size, and player interactions with the environment.
– “Memory Lapse” for the unusual and humorous setting and enemies.
– “Delirium” (if you exclude the horrible final boss fight) for the beholder drinking contest, the reality shifts, and some of the unusual enemies.
– “Temple of Elemental Evil” (if you exclude the horrible final boss fight) for Wil Wheaton’s audiolog anecdotes and the way it uses elemental themes for the different environments within the adventure.
– “White Plume Mountain” (another adaptation of a classic D&D module) for the riddles, writing, and unique environmental challenges.
