RuneScape’s latest update polishes Archaeology and nerfs ripper demon familiars

The new week once again brings a new update to RuneScape and this one covers a pretty broad spectrum of updates as usual, though there are a couple of notable updates aimed at the Archaeology skill and ripper demon familiars.

Specifically, the ripper demon familiar has seen a series of nerfs including reduction of its special attack to a single hit, a slight reduction in its attack speed, and a reduction of its passive effect to players by half. Its special attack damage and its max hit damage has been increased, however.

As for Archaeology, refinements include better pathing in Warforge, some fixes for the Survey and Inspect function in certain sites, and updated information on Archaeology tools in the Tool Belt interface.
