Right now in Star Trek Online you can enjoy the winter event for 2019 right now, in the middle of the spring. Yes, it’s unusual, but it’s still here. But starting on May 7th, players will be thrust back into more active duty with the Defense of Pahvo event, giving players a choice between two different TFOs (one in space and one on the ground) as they fight to defend the strange living world of Pahvo from those who would invade and destroy this unique planet.
Completing these events awards progress toward the game’s second major overarching campaign, which ultimately will award either 1000 Lobi crystals or a free T6 ship and 200 Lobi crystals; this event on its own, meanwhile, offers a new universal KIDD Drone kit module. The developers are also previewing some of the upcoming content which is being explicitly dubbed as not quite a road map, with the Risian festival coming up along with To Hell With Honor and Kobayashi events arriving for console players. And there’s the promise of new stories on the horizon, too… there’s still no shortage of things to do now or in the near future in STO, it seems.Source: Official Site
