Neverwinter is planning a patch to address issues with the Rage of Bel meter on PC

Bel is very angry in Neverwinter. How angry? Well… that’s kind of the problem. It turns out that the whole thing has had some cascading issues, starting with the meter being inconsistent based on the instance you’re in. Then the cooldown period and energy rates were slow for some players. Basically, it was just a general issue in which Bel seemed to be not altogether sure how angry he actually was, which is a poor fit for anything called “Rage of Bel.” More like “Frustrated Consternation of Bel” at that point.

At any rate, a patch is being worked on that addresses absorption rates for Glyphworks energy, cooldowns, and reward drops. The plan is for that patch to be out later this week, but an exact date is not yet clear. Still, you can be sure that when all is said and done, you’ll have a much… angrier Bel? Less angry Bel? Bel’s anger will be consistent with what it’s supposed to be. So it’ll make you less angry.
