Starting out a new life in the survival sandbox Life Beyond is hoping to get a little easier if a preview of the game’s so called “arrival experience” is to be believed. Acting on feedback from players, this new landing spot for fresh faces will introduce a virtual helper system known as the Guide, some NPCs to give players tutorials on building and exploration which gifts players with various tools and currency, and a place for players to change their character’s look.[AL:LB]
As for Life Beyond’s current state, the game has seen a recent patch that has brought the compass back, made a variety of bug fixes, made some adjustments to the territory radii of First Landing and government buildings, and improved the interaction with Player’s Trade Station, Customization units, and player storage among other updates.

This patch fixes the missing compass (where had it gone??), improves the construction system, and a bunch more fixes!
