You might not be able to go out to packed concerts this summer — but that shouldn’t stop you from getting jiggy with crowds of Hobbits. This coming weekend, a massive three-day music festival is set to rage across Lord of the Rings Online, and you are invited.

This would be Shirefest 2020 on the Crickhollow server. “Join us from June 12th through June 14th at the Methel Stage in Bywater for a fun-filled weekend of music, light roleplaying, food, drinks, pipeweed, jokes, dancing, and showing off your kites,” event organizers wrote. The first performance begins at 5 p.m. EDT Friday evening, so if you’re reading this post as it goes live, you’ve got plenty of time to get there.

There’s an impressive amount of music planned, with 27 player-run bands scheduled to perform. The weekend’s festivities will conclude on Sunday evening with a Mardi Gras party and probably some pipeweed hangovers come Monday morn.
