Path of Exile ups the size of private leagues, with more increases coming

Everybody everybody

The official leagues offered up for Path of Exile give players a chance to explore a different way of playing the game, a different set of challenges and modifiers to the main experience. Of course, you can also custom-build your own league if you want, but one of the things the developers have been hearing for a while is that there just aren’t enough spaces for players to join these custom leagues. So now there’s more space, with 1000 more players able to join a private league as of today.

That puts the cap at 3000 players, but the plan is to up the cap to 10000 total, increasing the number steadily to ensure that no technical problems emerge with the servers. It’s good news for larger community efforts and a chance to dazzle everyone with your own collection of custom modifications… or if you neither run one of the leagues nor have any desire to do so, just a positive move for the diversity and health of the playerbase.
