World of Warcraft hitches up PvP’s pants while WoW Classic throws a tournament

Eleventh hour adjustments are being made to World of Warcraft: Shadowlands’ PvP scene in response to a whole lot of player concerns over the upcoming expansion’s competitive scene.

Blizzard’s main focus in this department is to adjust Conquest gear so that all of it includes the versitality stat. “The result of these changes should be that a majority of the best gear for PvP now comes through the PvP system,” the studio said.

Over in WoW Classic’s neck of the woods, a tournament is heading our way next month. The Classic Fall Conquest will take place October 3rd through 18th, with teams in North America and Europe duking it out in Arathi Basin for $12,000 in prizes. Hopefully Blizzard can keep its lights on after parting with such a great sum.

The studio recently said that it bans “thousands” of WoW Classic bots each and every day across the entire globe.
