Some mean traps. Poor Thiefy boy didn’t get to shine disarming them. No party wipe is always a good thing. 😎

Oops, I gave you the wrong quest name in Discord, it’s actually “The Promise of Fire”, my bad! It did say “…Flame” in the patch notes: https://ddo.com/en/update-47-release-notes

First quest to grant favour with the Morgrave University faction, who I’m guessing will play a part in next month’s expansion…

Was so great to be able to play a quest for the first time alongside the rest of the group :)

According to the wiki, it is indeed the case that not a single one of the traps in the whole place can be disabled, which is very annoying for Rogues -.-

The Promise of Fire seems to be the final name of the quest. The original quest name was Promise of the Flame. See the DDO Wiki https://ddowiki.com/page/The_Promise_of_Fire

It takes place in the Reliquary of Flame and has a section called the Path of Flame so “Promise of Flame” seems like the more apt name, I’m surprised they changed it. Maybe because there are lots of other quests with Flame in the name but only a couple others with Fire in the name so they wanted to balance it out a bit?
