The keys unlock the Empyrean Order Pack, which includes premium time, battle unit experience, siege weaponry, and the Empyrean Order gear:

To redeem your code,
1) Head to the My.Games’ Conqueror’s Blade website
2) Log into your My.com account
3) Enter your code in the “Promotional Code” section and select “View Code Content.”
The studio tells us there are no regional restrictions on the keys, but they do expire at the end of January 2021, so use them ASAP!
