The informational run-up to Season 14 of Destiny 2 rolls on in Bungie’s latest weekly newsletter, calling out a couple of specific adjustments to armor mod vendors and the Celerity and Bottomless Grief weapon perks.

Season 14 will see Ada-1 return to the Tower, where she’ll sell two different types of randomly chosen armor mods every day, one armor set randomly chosen from the World Loot Pool every week, and armor upgrade materials that were previously sold by Banshee-44. Incidentally, Banshee will continue to sell the rest of his usual stock along with a selection of six weapons randomly chosen from the World Loot Pool every week.

Season 14 will also see Nightfall weapons get a new version of the Bottomless Grief perk and Trials weapons get a new form of the Celerity perk, with Adept weapon types getting additionally modified styles of those perks. This is in response to player requests to have both perks intrinsic to Nightfall, Trials, or Adept weapons, which was explained as a bad idea due to some technical and game design reasons.
