Fans eager for the upcoming second season of the MMO development studio sitcom Mythic Quest won’t have to wait until they get a taste of their favorite dysfunctional game devs. A bonus episode of the show is set to premiere this Friday, April 16th, on Apple TV+.
The episode, called Everlight, sees the studio’s devs return back to the office after a quarantine for an annual party, and is a flipside of the bonus episode from last year that focused on the impact of lockdowns imposed by the pandemic. The episode is directed by co-creator and star Rob McElhenney, written by co-star Ashly Burch, and features the voice of Sir Anthony Hopkins. As for the series’ second season itself, that’s set to debut on Friday, May 7th.
