Amazon is kicking off a new video series leading into New World’s big launch later this summer. Called Legends of New World, it’s somewhere between a tone piece and a lore tease, as the short clip sets the mood for your trip to Aeternum, why you’re there, and what exactly you’re up against.
Spoilers: Conquistador zombies, fam. It’s conquistador zombies. No matter what else you think about this game, at least this is a setting this genre’s never seen at this magnitude.
