Swords of Legends Online details adjustments coming to in-game currencies with next week’s update

Your in-game wallet in Swords of Legends Online is going to feel a bit lighter once the Forbidden Court update arrives. That’s not because Gameforge is trying to steal from you; it’s because the update will be making adjustments and removals of currencies. So maybe Gameforge is “stealing” from you in a roundabout way, but then is it theft if they announce it a week ahead of time?

When the new update arrives, the current 3v3 arena PvP season will end, as will the Red Maple Seal currency; players who still have this currency will be able to use what they have left to buy the same type of gear from the appropriate vendor. Speaking of existing currencies, Writs of the Continents and various PvP reward chests earned during the Maplesong season will be renamed to indicate they are from the season, while rankings and tiers will (naturally) be reset.

As for PvE currencies, Mysterious Parchments received within the 1.0 patch will be removed from the Book of Mysteries, which in turn can be used to either get some equipment or sell for gold, whichever is most important to you.
