When it comes to the topic of pet peeves in gaming, I think there are certainly many valid categories that are deserving of ire, scorn, and studio shame. Launching a game in a state so bad that characters get deleted and servers are rolled back by days is a worthy pet peeve to hold. Being mad because an MMO only offers your class in a single gender, skin tone, or race is another.
