I have an admission to make: I care more about my character’s hair than any other cosmetic you want to try to sell me.
Maybe it’s because my hair has always been a significant part of my own visual identity, or maybe it’s just because it’s the “constant” I can see behind my character when playing in one MMO or other’s chase-cam mode. Regardless of why, it’s a big deal to me. I want my toons to have good hair! I want cool meshes and good animations and longer hair that doesn’t clip with armor and a wide range of styles that suit different ethnicities and lots of realistic and unrealistic colors.
I love it when I can change my hairstyle as easily as changing my gear, too. Doesn’t it always seem weird to you that you have to go to a barber or buy a hairstyle kit to change your hairstyle, something many humans do several times a day in real life with no skill whatsoever?
