I’m not big on hoarding useless things, but I fully admit that in Lord of the Rings Online, I can’t bring myself to get rid of my old legendary item paraphernalia. Standing Stone Games has long since revamped the original LI system, and I’m not complaining about that; the new one is tricky but still seems less grindy to me. No, what I’m complaining about is that not all of the old LI items in the game were converted or given salvage values, meaning players have a choice: trash it all to reclaim space, or hang onto it on the off-chance that the studio does eventually give this junk some trade-in worth.

As much as it pains me, so far I’ve hung onto most of it – save the bound LIs that were barred from hiding in the bank. But it drives me bonkers!
