Sure, any time that I wear a helmet that masks my eyes and makes me look like an oppressive trooper, I stop getting invited to dinner parties. But when Vincent does it, the look comes off as heroic and admirable. I suppose it’s all in the pose and poise.
“Did someone mention a Mass Effect–Final Fantasy XIV crossover? No? Hmmm… oh well,” Vin said while watching Netflix on the provided screen inside the eyepiece.
Next up, we have a One Shots game debut, as Minimalistway brought us a very early look at an up-and-coming indie MMORPG!
“This is from the Monsters & Memories stress test,” Min said. “This is a gnome who died later to a level one snake.”
“Whelp, I ‘accidentally’ got swept up in the Honkai Star Rail hype, and it’s more fun than it has any right to be,” said Scott. “Though my head may explode from the amount of memes used in quests and dialogs. For example, one of the main story advancement devices is LITERALLY a Smart Phone, with an annoying text messaging app included. Here is one character, named ‘March 7th’ (long story), taking a selfie… IN SPAAAAAAAACCCCEEEEE!”
Keeping the sci-fi cel shading theme going, we’ll visit Utakata in Tower of Fantasy. It seems that no matter what game our pig-tailed adventurer is in, there’s always an inevitable discovery of high-up platforms with no safety railings. Gravity, play nice please.
Finally, MOP’s Bree is exceedingly proud of her new greenhouse in Lord of the Rings Online and wishes for you to gaze with admiration upon it. GAZE. Let the tears silently pour out of your eyes as you witness such a grand sight. Will growing vegetables out of season ever be quite as majestic as this moment?
I’ve had the mic long enough, so I’m turning it over to you! Let’s get to posting our favorite or most interesting MMO screenshots from recent adventures. Remember, if it’s not screenshotted, it didn’t ever happen!
