Pearl Abyss is gearing up for the biggest week of the year for MMORPG Black Desert as its expansion Land of the Morning Light: Seoul launches this Thursday, September 12th, for PC and Steam players. That means one last blast of trailers leading into the big day, and I am not even kidding here: The studio is planning to release a whopping 10 videos over the next week and change.
In fact, the first is already out; it focuses on the core characters players will meet in their travels through this fantasy version of Korean folklore. We’re also expecting a sovereign weapons preview video later today (we’ll add that when it’s live!).
As for the rest:
- Tomorrow, expect a palace tour video;
- On launch day, we’ll see the boss combat trailer;
- This weekend, PA will drop footage for two provinces and raiding;
- Early next week, we’ll get more on weapons and the palace;
- And in the middle of next week, we’ll dip into Black Desert’s collab with the Korean National Gugak Center.
