Old School RuneScape opens Leagues V reward shop and processes Final Dawn reward feedback

It’s a new week in Old School RuneScape, and if you’ve been among those playing in the Leagues V server, then this week has all sorts of rewards for you to spend your points on. Assuming of course that you want a creepy-faced tree on your home plot or purple robes for your character to wear.

The rewards shop will indeed feature unique items like a spirit tree for player-owned houses, a distinctly overdramatic death animation, and a set of swish robes known as the Ahrim the Blighted ornament kit. Additionally, point costs for rewards have been lowered, so the time is ripe to cash in.

Other content in this week’s patch includes a host of UI feature additions for the minimap and the high scores panel, XP adjustments and bug fixes for the Trouble Brewing minigame, and a small list of some more general adjustments.

In other OSRS news, the Final Dawn rewards that Jagex discussed earlier received another set of updates, but apparently player feedback was such that the studio has postponed related polls and a planned livestream in order for the team to “discuss how to proceed.” Additionally, players will be receiving a conjoint survey that asks questions about the MMORPG’s subscription. This survey is being sent to both OSRS and RuneScape players, so fans may want to keep their eyes on their inboxes.
