Marvel Snap is still inaccessible to US players despite TikTok’s ban reversal

This past weekend’s kerfuffle over legislators banning – and then reversing – TikTok in the US might have been solved for those who love the short-form video app, but it looks as if that reinstatement still hasn’t applied to players of Marvel Snap yet.

At the time of this writing, the digital CCG is still offline for players in the US, while developer Second Dinner says it’s been working around the clock to restore service and hopes to have it back online sometime today based on the timing of the most recent tweet. The studio also acknowledges that players are missing out on time-based events and rewards and promises compensation will be detailed later.

In the meantime, fans of the game have been consoling themselves with plenty of discussion, including an upset player screengrab, an amusing bit of comic-based irony, and, naturally, plenty of memes.
