One Shots: Clean up on aisle everything

If you came here hoping to find beauty and wonder encapsulated in a single picture, look away, for Minimalistway is bringing you nothing but an unholy mess that I, for one, am not going to clean up.

“This screenshot from Diablo 3 has it all: A blacksmith staring at his vomiting wife, corpses, skeletons, a necromancer fighting with a stolen peg leg, and a bored baby yeti.”

Stormsong takes us to another bizarre sight, this one in LOTRO: “In a world torn by cruelty and drama, there are still those who value peace and order. Look at this peaceful picnic. An emerald lawn where barbecue will soon be prepared, and a kind host is ready to greet guests. Before you warmongers depart, feel free to join the party. You are still welcome.”

I am not eating what that thing is serving. Last time I did that, I ended up consuming the soul of an unavenged orphan from Bree. Never again.

Doiley101 is spelunking in City of Heroes, saying, “Rest in peace… or pieces. Not the best place to hang around, even if I am a hero, because around here the dead rise again.”

And probably throw you a barbeque. It does seem to be their modus operandi.

IronSalamander8 has been quite the busy beaver indeed: “Here is the front view of my main home, Castle Dreadstone in Enshrouded. Needs more work, but I’m pretty happy with the progress so far.”

And I’ll toss in a picture of me and my best friend Ted in World of Warcraft. Ted’s a great listener but not so much a conversationalist. Go easy on him, though; he’s got quite the headache.

In a world where goblins steal… in a week where orcs roar in defiance… in a land where nobody seems to die permanently… you have risen to bring justice and a few great screenshots to the comments section! A hero for the ages!

Every week, One Shots shines a spotlight on the best community screenshots from your MMO adventures. If you have a great pic to share, email it to justin@massivelyop.com with the subject “One Shots.” Make sure that the picture is over 880px wide and comes with a description or story!
