Albion Online hasn’t gone a year the last few years without some sort of big launch, and 2025 will apparently be no different. But this time, Sandbox Interactive is porting it to a new platform, not just a new region: Albion Online is coming to the Epic Games Store.
“On April 16, Albion Online will become available to play through Epic on both Windows and MacOS, reinforcing its cross-platform availability and bringing a new influx of players to its vibrant, sandbox gameworld. Players can wishlist the game already ahead of its release by visiting the Albion Online Epic Games Store page[.]”
Do note that SBI says you won’t be able to play on Epic with an existing account; you’d have to make a brand-new one. In other words, this is mainly for new players (or players who need another account, which to be fair is not uncommon in Alby).
