Lost Ark’s Q2 roadmap previews the continent of Rimeria, Kazeros Act 3, and new progression events

As promised, we’re finally getting a look at Lost Ark’s roadmap for the next three months today, and it does indeed look as if it will make up for a weaker March.

In April, players can expect two progression events meant to prepare players for the next Kazeros raid: Storm the Abyss and Road to Act 3. There’s also a new Ark pass, dubbed Roses and Frost, and a list of QOL updates for the base build system; you’ll be able to “like” strongholds, too.

May will see an even larger update with a whole new continent: Rimeria, as well as more MSQ content, side quests, multiple content unlocks for IL 1700+ players, and the Kazeros raid Act 3 prelude. “May introduces Rimeria, homeland of the Yoz, known as The Land That Guards the Dawn,” Amazon says. “Once a place of great sacrifice, Rimeria now faces the return of Kazeros’ influence as new Rifts emerge. Player need to help Shandi and the Rimeria Elders to protect the land.”

Finally, the June content is coming in two chunks. The first will launch the aforementioned Kazeros raid Act 3 for both normal and hard difficulties; the second will herald the postlude to that content and the introduction of Yornujan Island. Amazon drops a little tease for the next roadmap, too.

“Summer is heating up, and while Mordum will be a massive challenge, there’s even more on the horizon. How about something with a big sword and a holy aura? When we reveal the next roadmap, you’ll get a sneak peek at exciting updates we’ve been working on. We’ve been listening closely to your feedback, and later this summer, we’ll be rolling out more surprises that you won’t want to miss.”

Update
There’s a brief addendum to the roadmap in Discord:

“We know a lot of players are discussing Advanced Honing Nerfs — as mentioned in a roadmap video, Lost Ark is a live service game and plans are constantly shifting and changing. While those nerfs aren’t covered in the roadmap, that does not mean they will not be included in an upcoming release. We are currently working on a Team Update to share with players, and appreciate your patience as we prepare this for you all.”
