Past Fate has elected to share a new gameplay trailer on that most beloved and well-known online spaces for video… uh, Twitter, apparently. Yes, this is where developer Icy North decided to drop its anchor for this latest piece of footage. Guys, you have a YouTube channel and everything!
The video itself doesn’t provide too much different from previous videos, though this one looks to be more focused on the activity of roaming the game’s world with others and slapping various creatures with swords and poking them with arrows, as opposed to the 30 minutes of starter experience footage from 2023.
In terms of development, there haven’t been any new updates to the game’s closed test since the patch from last January that added jiggle physics among other things. We also note that the video doesn’t grant any idea of Past Fate’s early access release plans, which readers will recall already missed an initial 2024 target. Still, this new footage should ideally illustrate some general improvements across the MMO’s current progress.
