Why can’t the spring season ever be normal in MMOs? You would think a time of rebirth and renewal would bring some cozy activities, but no, studios would rather make sure that players are dealing with some abhorrent natural threats. Such is the case in New World as players will once again have to contend with dangerous corrupted bunnies in the 2025 edition of the Rabbit’s Reveng spring event.
From April 15th through the 28th, players can hunt down the villainous little hoppers around the game’s world in order to earn pieces of a new Corrupted Rabbit’s armor set as well as other goodies like a luck-granting rabbit’s foot consumable, gypsum, and a housing item.
The announcement post outlines the drop chances for these goodies while also confirming that there will be a guaranteed drop for certain items provided players slaughter hundreds of rabbits, and also notes the number of drops that players can earn per day, so don’t think you can just turn into a bunny-slaying whirlwind; you’ll have to space things out accordingly.
