Easter is very much happening over in Black Desert right now, as Pearl Abyss has kicked off a 14-day trial for the Duskwing flying mount.

“Pearl Abyss unveiled a series of seasonal Black Desert Online events in celebration of Easter,” the devs say. “Starting April 10, 2025, Adventurers can claim exclusive daily gifts by logging into the game for 21 days including a limited trial of Duskwing, now available in a festive blue for Easter, as the ultimate reward. The Special Login Rewards event will run until June 4, 2025, offering exclusive daily rewards for logging in each day up to 21 days. The rewards include valuable items such as the Crystal Restore Count Coupon (1 Time), two [Event] Thankful Premium Outfit Boxes, two new Black Spirit emotes, a Choose Your Duskwing Calling Horn Box, and much more. These gifts are available for anyone who logs in during the event period.”

Players are also looking at multiple spring-themed events: the “Eggstravagant Eggstravaganza” event, the “Gathering, Cooking, Alchemy & Spirits,” and a fishing event too. Plus, the fishing guide has been updated; it not only looks nicer but provides a little competitive incentive for fisherfriends within the sandbox.

There’s more than that in in the PC patch, as it includes another series of class tweaks, details what rewards guild members will get for participating in the guild league season, normalizes how frequently dark rift bosses reappear, and applies a variety of other general changes and fixes.

Meanwhile, in BDO Mobile the April Sports Festival event is on, challenging players to compete in alpaca races, gold fish fishing, horse taming, bandit slaying, and some PvPing in the Azunak Arena and the Red Battlefield. The event is still on but will be closing up on April 15th, so make sure to race them fluffy mounts. And the other stuff too, we suppose.

As for the rest of BDO Mobile’s patch, that offers a revamp of the medal of honor shop where players can spend their arena medals, makes more quality-of-life tweaks to the Azunak Arena, and tweaks a few attacks from monsters within certain instances.

Finally, the console version of BDO doesn’t have any major updates on deck, but there are a bunch of login rewards being offered until May 15th, while the PlayStation version of the MMORPG is on sale at some deep discounts until April 23rd.
