Back in March, we covered a new-to-us sci-fi MMO from developer Pumpkin Studio and publisher Qooland Games called Warborne Above Ashes. It’s a pretty unusual format for an MMO these days, but it most definitely includes 100v100 guild fights and a PvP focus, so it has our eye. And now, it’s looking for your time, as the devs are about to start up another large-scale playtest.
“Warborne Above Ashes, the new sci-fi MMO published by Qooland Games, is launching its next major playtest on April 24, offering MMO players their first full-scale experience of its massive battlefield, deep faction warfare, and larger-scale strategic combat. […] Warborne Above Ashes delivers 24/7 large-scale PvP warfare, where battles unfold in real-time, day and night. With just 30 minutes of preparation, players can jump straight into the fight. Whether leading a warband or fighting solo, every player has the chance to make an impact the moment they enter the battlefield.”
This leg of the test includes the full map, six factions, “a full month of continuous warfare,” and an array of vehicles, weapons, and playstyles.
